How your data is collected, what it is used for, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted.
The data controller is SwissMed Immo, 22 rue Lepante, 06000 Nice, France. For any question about your data, write to wyler@swissmedimmo.com or call +33 4 97 00 04 62.
Only what you type into our forms: your name, your email, your telephone number, and depending on the enquiry the address and details of the property concerned along with your message. We also record the date and time of your agreement to be called back, because the law requires us to be able to prove it. Finally we keep a technical fingerprint of your IP address, computed so that the address itself cannot be recovered, used solely to limit automated submissions.
To answer your enquiry and call you back, which is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and to contact you by telephone, which rests on your consent. Your data is used for nothing else. We carry out no unsolicited marketing, no profiling and no automated decision-making.
The agency's advisers, and no one else. Your data is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. Three technical providers act on our behalf: the website host, Neon, which hosts the database where enquiries are recorded, and Resend, which delivers the form emails to our inbox. They act on our instructions and cannot use your data for their own purposes. If your enquiry leads to a mandate, your details are recorded in Apimo, the agency's management software.
Three years from our last exchange if your enquiry goes no further. If it leads to a mandate or a transaction, the statutory retention periods for contractual and accounting records apply, which is ten years for accounting documents.
You may at any time ask for access to your data, its correction, its erasure, the restriction of its processing, or object to its use. You may also withdraw your consent to the telephone call back, without affecting what was done beforehand. Write to wyler@swissmedimmo.com and we will reply within one month. If our reply does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, or at cnil.fr.
You may register free of charge on Bloctel, the French opt-out list for telephone marketing, at bloctel.gouv.fr. Registering does not prevent us from calling you back about an enquiry you sent us yourself.
This website sets no advertising cookies and no analytics trackers. Only cookies strictly necessary to its operation are used, and those do not require your consent.
Traffic to and from this website is encrypted. The enquiries you send us are forwarded by email to the agency and recorded in a database, so that no enquiry is lost and we can track how it was handled. That database is accessible only to the agency's advisers, behind a password. You may ask for your record to be erased at any time, and the erasure is immediate.
