Our sale fees are payable by the seller, unless the listing states otherwise, and fall due only on completion before the notary. They are calculated on the sale price excluding fees. Nothing is charged for the valuation, the file or the listing itself.
This schedule applies to homes, parking spaces, garages and cellars. Rates include VAT at 20 %.
Letting fees are shared between landlord and tenant under the conditions set by the law of 6 July 1989. The tenant's share may not exceed the landlord's, nor the statutory caps applicable in Nice, which is a high-demand area.
Both amounts match the statutory caps on the tenant's share in a high-demand area. The landlord's share is at least equal.
Management fees are a percentage of the rent actually collected. No subscription and no file charge is added.
