Who we are
SwissMed Immo was founded in 2004, where Swiss rigour met a deep knowledge of Nice. Marc Wyler, who founded it, is a former banking executive of Swiss origin who has lived in Nice for more than fifty years.
We have deliberately stayed small: a compact team, one office, and the same faces from one sale to the next. That is what allows us to handle each file personally.

We are members of the AMEPI and MLS networks of the Alpes-Maritimes, and of the Apimo community. Your mandate is shared with every partner agency in the department, so your property is presented to all buyers in the area, including those already working with another agency, without you having to sign multiple mandates.
The agency is a member of the FNAIM and is bonded through SOCAF. Funds passing through us are therefore covered, which matters when a deposit or an escrow payment is involved.
